"WOW! This truck definitely uses fresh ingredients...let me tell you, it makes a HUGE difference when food is prepared to order and NOT REHEATED (like I know other trucks do). The salsa is fresh, the meat is seasoned to perfection and cooked on the spot and the tortillas are so soft! I am an avocado lover and I can tell that the salsa is made with fresh avocados and tomatillos...order an extra side of this sauce, trust me, it's amazing! Anyway, I highly recommend the chicken empanadas, they don't skimp out on the filling and the empanada itself is hand made...mmm mmm.
